ABSTRACT
This research was entitled “The Impact of Leadership, Education Level, and
Work Facilities toward Work Motivation of Village Administrators in Pagerbarang
Sub District of Tegal Regency”. The aims of this research were first, to know the
leadership significant impact, education level and work facilities collectively toward
work motivation of Village Administrators in Pagerbarang Sub District of Tegal
Regency. Second aim was to know the leadership significant impact, education level
and work facilities partially toward work motivation of Village Administrators in
Pagerbarang Sub District of Tegal Regency. Third, to know the factor that gave the
greatest impact toward work motivation of Village Administrators in Pagerbarang
Sub District of Tegal Regency. The analysis tools which used in this research were
multiple regression analysis and elasticity, while to test significant level used F test

and t test. The result of F test was F count > F table, so the hypotheses that explained
the existence of significant leadership impact, education level and work facilities
collectively toward work motivation of Village Administrators in Pagerbarang Sub
District of Tegal Regency. The result of t test was t count > t table, so the hypotheses
that explained the existence of significant leadership impact, education level and
work facilities partially toward work motivation of Village Administrators in
Pagerbarang Sub District of Tegal regency could be received. Based on elasticity test
had obtained that leadership variable was a variable that gave the greatest impact
toward work motivation of Village Administrators in Pagerbarang Sub District of
Tegal Regency so the third hypotheses could be received.
